Đề thi Vstep B2 là thước đo năng lực tiếng Anh B2 đánh giá thí sinh qua 4 kỹ năng: Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết. Dưới đây là thông tin chi tiết về format đề thi B2 Vstep, cùng với yêu cầu cụ thể cho từng kỹ năng.

1. Cấu trúc tổng quan:

  • Thời gian làm bài: 135 phút

  • Số lượng câu hỏi: Khoảng 72 câu

  • Kỹ năng đánh giá: Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết

2. Chi tiết từng phần thi:

2.1. Nghe (Listening):

  • Thời gian: 40 phút

  • Số lượng câu hỏi: 35 câu

  • Cấu trúc:

Phần 1 (8 câu): Nghe 8 hướng dẫn, thông báo, cuộc họp ngắn và trả lời câu hỏi.

Phần 2 (12 câu): Nghe 3 đoạn hội thoại về các chủ đề khác nhau, mỗi đoạn có 4 câu hỏi.

Phần 3 (15 câu): Nghe 3 bài giảng, thời lượng khoảng 3 phút, mỗi bài có 5 câu hỏi.

2.2. Đọc (Reading):

  • Thời gian: 60 phút

  • Số lượng câu hỏi: 30 câu

  • Cấu trúc:

Phần 1 (10 câu): Chọn đáp án đúng điền vào chỗ trống trong 10 câu độc lập.

Phần 2 (5 câu): Đọc 5 biển quảng cáo, biển báo, thông báo dạng hình ảnh hoặc 5 đoạn mô tả ngắn và chọn đáp án ghép với tranh tương ứng.

Phần 3 (10 câu): Đọc hiểu bài đọc dài hơn và chọn đáp án trắc nghiệm cho sẵn.

Phần 4 (15 câu): Đọc hiểu bài báo khoa học và trả lời câu hỏi trắc nghiệm.

2.3. Viết (Writing):

  • Thời gian: 60 phút

  • Số lượng bài viết: 2 bài

  • Cấu trúc:

Phần 1 (120 từ): Viết một bức thư/email theo yêu cầu.

Phần 2 (250 từ): Viết một bài luận về một chủ đề nhất định, nêu ý kiến và quan điểm cá nhân.

2.4. Nói (Speaking):

  • Thời gian: 10-12 phút

  • Số điểm: 20 điểm

  • Cấu trúc:

Phần 1 (Tương tác xã hội): Trả lời các câu hỏi của giám khảo về thông tin cá nhân.

Phần 2 (Thảo luận về giải pháp): Chọn giải pháp tốt nhất cho một trường hợp cụ thể, giải thích và nhận xét 2 giải pháp còn lại.

Phần 3 (Phát triển chủ đề): Nêu quan điểm về một chủ đề nhất định, bảo vệ quan điểm và trả lời câu hỏi của giám khảo.

3. Quy cách chấm điểm:

  • Mỗi kỹ năng thi (Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết) được đánh giá trên thang điểm từ 0 đến 10, làm tròn đến 0,5 điểm.

  • Điểm trung bình của cả 4 kỹ năng, làm tròn đến 0,5 điểm, được sử dụng để xác định bậc năng lực sử dụng tiếng Anh:

  • 8,5 - 10 điểm: Bậc 5 (Tương đương C1)

  • 6,0 - 8,0 điểm: Bậc 4 (Tương đương B2)

  • 4,0 - 5,5 điểm: Bậc 3 (Tương đương B1)

  • Dưới 4,0 điểm: Không xét.
